FOOD SERVICE DISPENSERS
MODELS:151,152,153,154 Attaches to any standard faucet to dispense a chemical and water mixture into the sink by pushing a button. Models 151 and 153 use metering tips to determine dilution ratio and models 152 and 154use a metering screw to determine dilution ratio. Models 153 and 154 include a built in ASSE approved siphon breaker.
INJECTORS
DEMA injectors are designed to inject fluids or air into lines conveying liquid under pressure. The water being pushed through the injector creates a vacuum and the chemical or air is inducted into the water stream.
C SERIES C series injectors come with 3 water nozzles to help size the injector to the application flow rate. Chemical induction is determined by a metering screw or metering tips (add suffix T to part number). Injectors are available from 1/8 to 1 NPT and flow ranges start at .10 gallons per minute up to 100 gallons per minute.
B SERIES B series injectors have an external bypass screw to control the water flow across the injector. This gives users flexibility when installing this type of injector especially if water flow is unknown. Chemical dilution is determined by metering screw or metering tip (add suffix T to part number). Available in 1/4 to 3/4 NPT with flow range from .25 to 100 gallons per minute.
SOLENOIDS
MODEL 401P Normally closed brass direct acting valve available in 1/4NPT. Maximum operating pressure is 150 psi and minimum opening pressure is 0 psi. Standard seal material is Buna N with viton also available. CV flow factor is .27. Coil options include junction box, spade, conduit and din with a range of voltages from 12VDC to 240VAC.
MODEL 0453P Normally open high pressure piston valve rated up to 1000 psi with 3/8 NPT connection. Coil options include junction box, spade and conduit with voltage range from 12VDC to 230VAC.
